"I was chaperoning my son's class rafting trip on the American River and
needed to login to a work conference one day. I spent the night here so I
could get up early and be online. The wireless wasn't quite good enough
in my room to transmit a webcam so the staff went out of the way to
help me make it work. They allowed me to login with a hardline in one of
the common rooms and my talk went off without a hitch. They also let me
check out a bit late so I could finish the meeting. I really
appreciated their flexibility and help."
